Our Refund Policy

Because of the delicate and personal nature of the apparel we provide, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds.

To maintain strict health and hygiene standards for all of our customers, we cannot accept returned items for a refund once they have been dispatched. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy ensures that every customer receives 100% brand-new, unhandled garments.

We Are Here to Help: Our Exchange Option

While we cannot process refunds, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! We completely understand that sometimes finding the perfect fit online can be tricky.

If you are not entirely happy with the size or fit of your top, bra, or nightwear, we proudly offer a 3-Day Exchange Policy for eligible items (please note that all bottoms and panties are excluded from exchanges for hygiene reasons).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Our team meticulously checks every order before it leaves our facility. However, if you happen to receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately upon delivery. We will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement for you right away at no extra cost.
